Death by Force

Javon Amir Williams, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically passed away on April 24, 2014. He was fatally shot while driving his SUV on 12th Street and Melrose Avenue in Chester, near Widener University. After being shot, Javon managed to drive a short distance before collapsing on the sidewalk and later being pronounced dead at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
