Cleven Pender, an 18-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on October 18, 1999. The circumstances surrounding his death were part of a robbery gone wrong. On that fateful day, Cleven encountered Shawn Saunders, Omar Davis, and David Burroughs on Ninth and Lincoln Streets in Chester. Saunders, who was armed, informed his accomplices of his intention to rob the individual selling marijuana to Davis.
