In the late summer of 2000, the community of Chester, Pennsylvania, was shaken by the discovery of a local man's untimely death. On August 30, 31-year-old Anthony 'Doc Jordan' Johnson, an African American male, was found deceased under circumstances that immediately pointed towards foul play. Investigators determined that Johnson had been a victim of gun violence.
