Theo Pham, a 27-year-old Asian male, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2000, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His death was part of a racially motivated shooting spree carried out by Richard Baumhammers, who targeted multiple victims over the course of two hours. Pham was one of five individuals who were killed immediately during this horrific incident.
