Thao Q. Tony Pham, a 27-year-old Vietnamese man, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2000, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pham was one of five victims killed by Richard Scott Baumhammers during a shooting spree that spanned across two counties. Baumhammers, a 36-year-old resident of Mt. Lebanon, was later arrested and charged with multiple counts of murder, including the deaths of Pham and the other victims.
