Cynthia Ann Surles, a 61-year-old woman from Raleigh, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on September 28, 2022. Cynthia, who was of African American descent, was found with multiple gunshot wounds at her apartment complex on Parker Street. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m., and she was rushed to the hospital in serious condition. Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries.
