In the early evening of a Tuesday in Pittsburgh's Allentown neighborhood, the life of 15-year-old TreSean Jackson was tragically cut short. On February 7, 2023, police responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 5:10 p.m. in the 200 block of Beltzhoover Avenue. There, in the area of Loyal Way and Harcourt Way, they found the young male with a gunshot wound to his chest. First responders rushed him to a local hospital in critical condition, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
