On a quiet Tuesday in the Germansville area of Heidelberg Township, Pennsylvania, the tranquility of Bake Oven Road was shattered by a brutal act of violence. On March 18, 2003, 65-year-old James Harrison Lloyd Sr. was discovered inside his vehicle, parked in front of his own home. He had been fatally shot.
