Felipe L. Morales, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2020, in Reading, Pennsylvania. Morales was fatally shot in the back while fleeing from his attacker outside a bodega at 11th and Cotton streets. The incident began at the Santa Rita Grocery Store, where Morales was involved in an altercation with Joshua J. Figueroa, 23, who was later identified as the shooter.
