Dalon Williams, a 17-year-old African American male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2016. He was fatally shot in the Garfield neighborhood shortly after being dropped off by a vehicle from a court-ordered after-school program. The incident occurred in the evening, and the police were called to the scene to investigate.
