Eric Faleef Caldwell, a 36-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2007, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Caldwell was fatally shot on the 300 block of Patterson Street following a dispute with two men, James Armstrong and Rashad Ishmail, outside the Fifth Street Bar in Chester. Witnesses reported seeing Armstrong and Ishmail chasing Caldwell and firing multiple rounds at him.
