Carlos Nathanial Miller Sr., a 34-year-old resident of Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life to gun violence on June 11, 2023. Born on April 11, 1989, in Washington, D.C., to Elisha Miller and Sterling Pickett, Carlos attended Chester High School and worked in various food service positions, where he enjoyed prepping and cooking food.
