Kenneth Boulware, a 40-year-old African American man from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2019. He was found unresponsive and lying face down on the sidewalk near a residence in the 1000 block of Morton Avenue. Boulware was transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, but it was later revealed that he had been fatally shot.
