James G. Morrison, a 39-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on January 16, 2010, in Chester, Pennsylvania. His death was ruled a homicide. Morrison had a history of drug-related arrests in Darby Township and was out on a day pass from a North Philadelphia halfway house when he was gunned down.
