Tyzea Fulton, a 17-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically died on August 4, 2015, from multiple gunshot wounds. His death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Lincoln Street, Chester, when Fulton was driving a car with his cousin, Leroy Spence, as a passenger. As they pulled away from a stop sign, shots were fired at the vehicle, shattering the rear driver's side window.
