Anthony Melvin Dunn, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Upper Darby, was tragically shot and killed on February 24, 2008, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Dunn was in Chester with two acquaintances to meet some girls when he was caught in a shooting incident. He was not the intended target of the shooter.
