In a tragic end to a decade of struggle, 29-year-old Lyndon Jr Waddell, a male resident of Northeast Baltimore, succumbed to injuries that had plagued him for ten years. His death on April 8, 2017, was the final chapter in a painful story that began on January 5, 2007. On that day, at the age of 19, Waddell was found in critical condition on Carswell Street, having been shot in the back. The gunshot wound left him paralyzed, a condition he would live with for the remainder of his life.
