Death by Force

Rahim Hicks, a 21-year-old male from Chester, PA, was tragically shot to death on July 24, 2010, outside of J&S Seafood in Chester. Hicks was standing in the doorway of the store when he was shot, shortly after 3:30 p.m. The incident occurred in front of a crowd of people, but no one came forward with information about the shooter. Hicks' father, Clarence Hicks, described the murder as a "senseless killing" and expressed frustration over the lack of cooperation from witnesses.
