Rahmir Robert Pernsley, an 18-year-old male from Chester, PA, was tragically killed on October 30, 2015. Known affectionately as "Roddy" to his family and friends, Rahmir was a young man who enjoyed boxing, basketball, and football. He was deeply loved by his family and friends, and his untimely death left a significant void in their lives.
