On April 14, 2001, at approximately 3:10 a.m., a confrontation occurred on the porch of a residence in the 700 block of McIlvain Street in Chester, Pennsylvania. The altercation involved Sami Toler, a 25-year-old male. Following the incident, Toler was transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Sami Kareem Toler was born on January 5, 1976. He was laid to rest in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
