In the winter of 2020, Robert Womack, a 79-year-old man, was senselessly killed while driving his grandson in Chester, Pennsylvania. On that fateful afternoon in late January, Womack was behind the wheel of his Chevrolet Impala, accompanied by his 18-year-old grandson and another teenage friend in the backseat.
