On January 30, 2020, Robert Womack, a 79-year-old man from Chester, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot in the head while driving. He was accompanied by his 18-year-old grandson and another teenager at the time of the incident. The shooting occurred in the area of 3rd Street and Highland Avenue, and despite being shot, Womack managed to drive a few blocks before crashing into several cars. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
