Jasmarr Sabree Anderson, a 20-year-old male from Chester, PA, was tragically shot and killed on July 20, 2013. Anderson was found outside the Benjamin Banneker Apartment complex in Chester, having been shot in the head. The incident occurred shortly before midnight, and Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
