John Lacey, a 21-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2003, in Chester, PA. Lacey was a student at Widener University and had just finished his junior year. On the night of his death, he was on his way to buy a six-pack of beer to celebrate the night with his twin brother. He was talking on his cell phone with a friend when he was accosted by two individuals, Brandon Khaleef "Bullet" Summers and Jaliek Williams, who attempted to rob him.
