Patrick Dougherty, a 31-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically died on October 30, 2000. He was a technician by profession and had been residing in Marcus Hook before moving to Chester. Dougherty was shot at 9th & Booth Streets in Chester and succumbed to his injuries at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland the following day.
