In the morning hours of a Sunday in Chester, Pennsylvania, a 30-year-old man named Damar Wilson was found inside a vehicle, having been fatally shot. The discovery was made around 9:45 a.m. on December 8, 2019, at the intersection of 11th and Kerlin Streets. When police arrived, they found Wilson in the driver's seat of the car.

He had sustained numerous gunshot wounds, and the vehicle itself was also riddled with bullets. Tragically, Damar Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene. At the ...
