Kyle David Pagerly, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, was a dedicated law enforcement officer with the Berks County Sheriff's Department in Pennsylvania. On June 29, 2011, while serving as part of a fugitive task force, Pagerly was fatally shot in Albany Township.
