Michelle Renee Bianco, also known as 'Shelley,' was a 43-year-old woman from Springfield, Illinois, with blonde, shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. Standing at 5 feet 7 inches and weighing around 110 pounds, her life took a devastating turn on April 5, 2008. That evening, she was at her cousin's home in the 2100 block of South Grand Avenue East.
