Violeta Isackov, a 45-year-old woman of Richboro, PA, tragically lost her life on April 18, 2013. She was fatally shot by her ex-husband, Kenneth Philipp, in the parking lot of a dress shop in Lower Southampton Township. Violeta was in the car with her 16-year-old daughter when the incident occurred. Her daughter sustained a non-life-threatening injury from flying glass.
