Joseph Ronald Boris, a 60-year-old man from West Mahanoy Township, Pennsylvania, tragically died on January 18, 2014. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. when state police were called to the 500 Block of Indiana Ave., Shenandoah Heights, for a shooting. Joseph Boris was shot in the chest by his neighbor, Ronald Kozak, during an ongoing dispute between the two. The argument escalated, leading Kozak to shoot Boris right outside his home. Boris was pronounced dead around 12:45 p.m. that day. ...
