Adrian Williams, a 29-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, died on April 21, 2014, following a police-involved shooting in Wilkinsburg. The incident began when police attempted to pull over Williams for a traffic violation around 3:30 a.m. Williams fled the scene, leading officers on a high-speed chase that reached speeds of up to 100 miles per hour.
