Christian St. John Jenkins, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2019, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was one of two victims in two separate shooting incidents that occurred in the early hours of that morning in the Troy Hill neighborhood. Jenkins was found deceased in the back alley on Truax Way, while another man was discovered with gunshot wounds at a nearby residence on Lowrie Street.
