Katelyn Kaytee Francis, a 21-year-old woman from Fairmont, West Virginia, tragically lost her life on April 25, 2014, in New Brighton, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred following a wedding celebration held earlier that day. Katelyn was fatally shot by her aunt, Christina George-Harvan, who was 30 years old at the time. The shooting took place around 10 p.m. in the parking lot of Jimmy K's Bar in New Brighton.
