Gail Monahan, a 50-year-old woman from Wilkes-Barre, PA, tragically died on February 11, 2015. Her death was ruled a homicide after her body was discovered at her home in Hanover Township. An autopsy revealed that she had died from a gunshot wound to the head. The investigation quickly focused on her boyfriend, Randy Herman, 53, who was identified as a person of interest.
