David James Wheeler, a 32-year-old man from Fairmount Township, PA, tragically passed away on April 28, 2014, from a shotgun wound to the abdomen. Wheeler was found outside the residence of his girlfriend, Damar Kachmarsky, on Mossville Road, Fairmount Township, after a domestic incident occurred. He was flown to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, where he was placed in an induced coma and later succumbed to his injuries on May 2, 2014.
