Death by Force

David Ackerson, a 51-year-old man from Grant Township, PA, tragically died on May 25, 2014. The incident occurred following an argument with his longtime friend, James Buterbaugh, over a plate of food. Buterbaugh, who was 59 years old, became enraged when Ackerson took food from his mother. The argument escalated, and Buterbaugh ultimately shot Ackerson, leading to his death.
