In the early morning hours of September 6, 2014, the life of Nathaniel O. Green, a 39-year-old Black male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. Police responded to reports of shots fired near Reese and Evergreen Streets around 5 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Green lying in the street behind a church, suffering from several gunshot wounds to his upper and lower torso. He was rushed to Harrisburg Hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
