Kelly Anne Conklin, a 22-year-old woman from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on October 17, 2014. She was born on December 4, 1991, and was known for her love of travel and her rescued Chihuahua, Diego. Kelly graduated from Susquehanna Community Jr/Sr High School in 2010 and later from Broome Community College with honors in 2013.
