In the quiet town of Oil City, Pennsylvania, the life of 36-year-old Darla Kaye Bump, a loving mother of five, was violently cut short on November 22, 1993. What began as a seemingly ordinary day ended in a tragic and senseless act of violence that also claimed the life of Russell Rice. The chain of events leading to their untimely deaths was set in motion by two young men, Michael Paul Foust and Kevin Zenker, who had stolen a handgun earlier that day.
