Darla Kaye Bump, a 36-year-old woman from Oil City, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on November 22, 1993. She was a loving mother of five children and enjoyed spending time with her family. Darla's life was cut short in a violent incident that also claimed the life of Russell Rice.
