Keriann Beach, a 25-year-old woman from Oil City, PA, tragically died on September 22, 2018. She was found dead inside a residence on Hone Avenue along with Corey Walters, 28, in what authorities determined to be a homicide-suicide. Both victims died from a single gunshot wound to the head. The incident was reported to authorities on Saturday morning, and evidence at the scene confirmed it was a homicide-suicide.
