On April 10, 2024, in Manheim, Pennsylvania, 63-year-old Diane Shepherd was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident involving her husband, 71-year-old Mark Shepherd. The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the Shepherds' residence on the 300 block of Sun Hill Road in Penn Township around 4:05 a.m.
