Nicole Cash, a 26-year-old woman from McSherrystown, PA, tragically died on October 13, 2019, in Manheim, PA. She was fatally shot in the face by her boyfriend, Joshua Wertz, while holding their 9-month-old son, Javion. The incident occurred during an argument at Wertz's father's home in West Manheim Township. Wertz, who was 30 years old at the time, allegedly used an AR-15 rifle. He claimed that the shooting was accidental, as he did not know the gun was loaded.
