Devonte William Gantt, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Lancaster, PA, tragically passed away on January 4, 2015. He was fatally shot during what was described as a drug robbery. The incident occurred in the 700 block of High Street in Lancaster City, where Gantt and his friend Amos Clay III were meeting Stefon Landing for a drug deal.
