Jason Khaleen-Rowe, a 25-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on April 1, 2015, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred while Khaleen-Rowe was involved in moving two guns from one vehicle to another. During this process, Delroy Toomer shot Khaleen-Rowe on South Street just before 10 p.m. Khaleen-Rowe succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
