Victor Grandy, a 32-year-old man from Far Rockaway, New York, was fatally shot on October 16, 2016, at the Sherman Hills apartment complex in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Grandy was involved in an argument with one or two other men, which escalated when one of the men pulled out a gun and shot him in the torso. The Luzerne County Coroner’s Office ruled his death a homicide after an autopsy revealed he died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
