In the quiet neighborhood of West Hollenback Avenue in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, the evening of October 10, 2015, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of 37-year-old Jose Rodriguez Jr. A Hispanic male, Rodriguez was inside a residence when an altercation with multiple men escalated, resulting in him being shot multiple times.
