Eric Dontay Ackerman, a 33-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on May 2, 2016, in Lakeland, Florida. The incident occurred during a planned robbery at his home, orchestrated by individuals he knew. Ackerman was lured outside under the pretense of a drug deal by Kaelin McKinzie Moody, who was familiar with him.
