Maurice Chapman, a 31-year-old male from Wilkes-Barre, PA, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2021, due to gunshot wounds sustained in a shooting incident on South Main Street. The incident occurred just before 11:30 p.m., and another victim, Damian Thomas, aged 32, also succumbed to their injuries. A third individual was injured but has not been publicly identified.
