On a cold January night in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, the life of 31-year-old Maurice Chapman was tragically cut short. On January 30, 2021, Chapman, a male resident of the city, was shot and killed in a violent encounter that also claimed the life of 32-year-old Damian Thomas and left a third man grievously wounded.
