A woman is found strangled eight days after she is last seen.
In the autumn of 1995, a chilling discovery in a wooded area of Grand Rapids, Michigan, deepened the growing fear that a predator was targeting women in the community. On October 12, the body of 39-year-old Gale Annette Cook, a White female, was found.
