On January 27, 2026, a distressing 911 call led Grand Rapids police to a home where they discovered a grim scene. Inside, they found 40-year-old Jacqueline Neill, a White female, deceased from gunshot wounds. Also found slain were her two teenage sons, 15-year-old Cameron Kilpatrick and 13-year-old Michael Kilpatrick.
