In the early morning hours of July 10, 2015, the life of Derek Anthony McClellan, a 44-year-old African American man from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, came to a violent and abrupt end. A passing motorist discovered McClellan inside his SUV at the intersection of Broad and Chambers streets in a desolate area of Clairton. He was in the driver's seat, the vehicle still running and in drive with his foot on the brake. He had been shot multiple times in the head in what police described as an 'execution ...
